KYOU を代表する定番のテーパードデニム【JUDE】
River Phoenixを着想源に生前の彼が着用していたデニムをイメージし、毎シーズンのコンセプトモチーフを刺繍で表現している。
生地にはリーバイス社が赤耳から耳なしに移行した80年代後半に生産された通称"ハチマル"をリプロダクトした生地を採用。
コレクションのコンセプトと時代背景がマッチングした素材でシボ感、アタリが楽しめるデニム生地。
今シーズンはロードトリップの道程で目に焼き付いた麦畑をヒントに麦の穂や粒、色の境目のグラデーションを表現するために13色の糸を使用し植物や生命の持つ繊細さをフリンジで表現。裏の糸をとった時に表の糸が抜けたりほどけたりしないように工夫されている。

Inspired by River Phoenixthe denim he wore before his death, each season's concept is expressed through embroidery. The embroidered motifs are inspired by the denim he wore before his death.
The fabric is made from the "hachimaru" fabric, commonly known as "hachimaru", which was produced in the late 80's when Levi's transitioned from red ears to earlessReproduced fabric is used.
Denim fabric with a crinkle and bite in a material that matches the concept of the collection and the historical background.
This season, inspired by the wheat fields we saw on our road trip, we used ears and grains of wheat and the border of colors Thirteen colors of thread are used to express gradation and the delicacy of plants and life in the fringe. The fringes are designed so that when the threads on the back are removed, the threads on the front do not come loose or unravel.
